On March , 2023, the high-grade non-oriented silicon steel annealing and coating 1 # line (SACL-1) of Hunan Hongwang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. under the general contract construction of Sunny Technologies Incorporation Limited began hot load test operation. The first coil of silicon steel was successfully rolled off the production line, marking the official commissioning of the SACL-1 of Hunan Hongwang's high-grade silicon steel project.

The SACL-1 line is a high-grade non-oriented electrical steel annealing and coating line. The function is to degrease the surface of the high-grade, high-magnetic and medium-low-grade non-oriented silicon steel strips after cold rolling, and anneal them in a protective atmosphere to improve the magnetic level, eliminate stress, and apply the insulating layer. The raw materials are high-grade, high-magnetic and medium-low non-oriented electrical steels.

Hunan Hongwang is the first silicon steel project in the strategic layout of Hongwang Holding Group, and it is also a major investment attraction project of the Loudi City Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The project was officially put into operation, marking Loudi's comprehensive implementation of the "Three Strategic Heights and Four New Missions" , and the construction of the "Material Valley" in the central region. The foundation for the development and growth of the silicon steel industry chain will be more stable and solid. The project will build a model factory with high-grade silicon steel intelligent manufacturing according to low-carbon and green standards. The production line adopts clean energy and industry-leading environmental protection technology, and will become a modern "unmanned factory" with a high degree of intelligence and a garden-style "garden factory".
